Director of Talent Management Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role
  • Proven experience in an organization with 500+ team members
  • Ability to maintain a low company-wide turnover rate
  • Expert in hiring, onboarding, and training staff and managers
  • Skilled at implementing and maintaining HR administrative functions
  • Negotiate and manage benefits packages to control costs
  • Oversee the payroll systems and processes

Director of Talent Management Benefits:
