Regional Manager Responsibilities:

  • Visit All Locations and Work with District Managers to Maximize Potential Profits
  • Assure Operational Practices are in Compliance with Corporate Guidelines and Company Policy
  • Handle All Marketing Objectives
  • Monitor Budgets, P&L, Labor, Merchandise Shrink, and Location Sales
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Guidelines and Policies
  • Work With Vendors to Maximize Profitability
  • Assist District Managers in Critical Decisions Relating to Personnel and Locations

Regional Manager Requirements:

  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Associate degree in Business or Related Field/Bachelor's Preferred
  • 8-10 Years of Retail Regional Manager Experience
  • Ability to LIft 35lbs
  • Ability to Travel Long Distances
  • Weekend Work and Overnight Travel
  • Valid Driver's License
