Executive Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3+ years managing high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
• Expert knowledge of culinary trends
• Strong financial acumen, adhering to food and labor cost guidelines
• Ensure consistent execution of food and beverage offerings, leading the team for timely service flow
• Promptly address and resolve issues, including equipment malfunctions and quality concerns
• Oversee kitchen and bar maintenance schedules, delivering exceptional experiences with premium ingredients
• Valid CA Food Manager certificate
