A reputable financial services and wealth management firm in Kansas City, MO, with $250 million in assets under management (AUM), is actively looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to enhance their team. The perfect candidate will embody a customer-centric approach and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial industry, aimed at assisting the Senior Financial Advisor team.

Associate Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Proactively engage with Advisors and clients.
• Follow up on pending business with companies and clients.
• Assist Advisors with pre-appointment preparation.
• Resolve any issues related to new accounts.
• Generate and provide various reports to Advisors.

Associate Financial Advisor Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Series 65 or 66 license is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Process-driven mindset.
• Strong follow-through on tasks.
• Self-directed with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
