Job Summary

Our full-service, casual concept is seeking a Restaurant Manager. We want difference makers. We are planning to open 3 more locations this year and are looking for a talented manager who can grow with our team. Manager Expectations:

You will be responsible for leading the team and providing exceptional food and beverage service, customer service, and all general restaurant operations. The General Manager will direct and motivate their team and maintain and promote an established “People First,” Fun & Family atmosphere and ensure a quality employee experience.  


Manager Requirements: 

  • Must have a great personality, positive attitude, and solid work ethic 
  • Teaching and coaching mentality with a hands-on style 
  • Work history demonstrating brand loyalty and tenure 
  • 3 years in full-service and a minimum of 1-2 years' high-volume Manager experience 

Manager Benefits:

  • Base salary of $55K plus a monthly bonus of $250 guaranteed
