Commercial HVAC Service Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

- Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently, ensuring timely response to client requests

- Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for improvement

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices


Commercial HVAC Service Manager Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
