Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Three plus years of leadership experience in a full service restaurant setting.
• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
• Current Food Safety Manager certification or the ability to obtain one during training.
• Ability to interpret financial data and optimize restaurant profitability.
