Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Full-service Restaurant.
- Experienced in inventory management and ordering.
- Held a position as kitchen manager or deputy kitchen manager in a busy, systems-focused casual to upscale-casual setting.
- Demonstrated strong leadership qualities: friendly, with a coaching mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with resilience and composure.
- Proven track record of upholding standards, exceeding expectations, and building strong relationships.
- Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is essential.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Stay actively involved and vigilant in all aspects of the business operations.
- Train, coach, and lead the team, setting high standards and consistently delivering exceptional results.
