Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as Executive Chef with a fine dining Steakhouse Background
• Restaurant Opening experience a big plus
• Steady tenure, hands-on, highly organized, and able to develop a diverse culinary team
• Strong financial understanding of P&L, budget food and labor control practices
• Creativity and passion for culinary excellence, with a keen eye for detail and presentation

Executive Chef Duties:

• Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Hire, train, develop, and lead team in a professional manner
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Ensure high food quality and presentation
