Job Summary

Extended Stay Sector Hotel Area Sales Director


Are you ready to join an exciting and rapidly growing extended-stay hotel concept? We are seeking a Sales Director to support our expansion. The Sales Director will lead our strategic business objectives for sales volume, revenue generation, and account penetration within our target growth markets. A key function of this position is to capture market intelligence, identify trends, and highlight opportunities in new markets. Our Sales Director will collaborate with General Managers to develop sales and marketing plans and assist in closing sales leads.


Area Sales Director Benefits and Compensation:


- Salary up to $75,000

Area Sales Director Job Qualifications:


- Sales experience in Corporate Sales, Relocation, Government, Military, Sports, Construction, and Medical sectors

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Extensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities

- Ability to travel as required

- Hospitality experience is a must

- Preferred: 3+ years of sales experience in the extended-stay sector
