Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding aluminum/vinyl fencing and railing supply company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive "hunter" eager to develop a new territory from scratch and have prior experience in the building supply industry.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a network to identify new sales leads

- Understand and address customer needs, suggesting appropriate products and services

- Demonstrate product functions and benefits to customers

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve post-sale issues

- Keep in touch with existing customers about new products and services

- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and customer interactions

- Provide periodic sales forecasts and perform other duties as assigned


Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven B2B industrial sales experience, ideally within the building supply industry

- Flexible communication style to effectively engage in both construction site and corporate environments

- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- High-energy sales hunter with a passion for coaching and training others on product benefits and uses

- Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 50%)

- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of work experience
