Work with a growing and experienced financial planning team. Financial Planner being sought for an Advanced Wealth Planning team for an established and expanding wealth management firm.

Senior Financial Planning Associate Benefits and Compensation:

• Healthcare and PTO
• Base salary $75,000-85,000
• Discretionary Bonus 10-15%

Senior Financial Planning Associate Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• CFP designation required or in the process of obtaining
• Monitor and update client Financial Plans as needed.
• Consult and develop financial plans and wealth management strategies based on client's financial and investment goals.
• Participates in calls with senior planners and attends debrief sessions to give and receive constructive criticism; includes participating in role-play scenarios.
• Continue to build upon knowledge of companies tools, and all aspects of financial planning in general (tax, estate, insurance, investments, employee benefits, etc.). 
• Meet with clients on an ongoing basis to review changes to their financial and personal situation.
• Assist in developing content for webinars, Monday morning calls, and the Advanced Wealth Planning website.
• Assist in data gathering in anticipation of upcoming planning meetings.
