Bakery Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee, lead, and develop both pastry and bread teams
• Manage all pastry production which includes serving the cafe locations, catering and special orders daily
• Responsible for adhering to company guidelines for quality control and integrity of recipes
• Adhere to the highest standards in cleanliness and sanitation at all times
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, promoting team-work and collaboration for all

Bakery Production Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of baking or pastry chef experience. Must have strong experience with bread and traditional pastries. Candidates who have experience working high volume production are ideal
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a strong administrative skillset
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities; you are someone who loves to motivate others
• Exceptional training and team-building abilities; you are someone who loves to develop others
• Ability to solve conflicts, maintain confidentiality, and listen without interruption
• The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, but this is not mandatory
• Must have open availability and the ability to work early mornings
