Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ Years full service restaurant manager experience
• Strong leadership skills, focusing on motivating and empowering employees
• Ability to measure performance of staff and the restaurant from all angles
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Set goals, create plans, and take action accordingly
