Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• 3-5 years experience managing HR functions and a team of HR staff
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to work on site full time

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Management of benefit programs, leave administration, and worker's comp/safety
• Management of employee recognition and rewards programs
• Manage a team of HR coordinators and HR generalists
• Develop policies, procedures, and company handbook
