District Manager Responsibilities:

• Visit and oversee all locations in your area
• Ensure each location is operating to the highest level of brand standards and safety daily
• Financial accountability
• Develop, lead, and mentor store leaders
• Exemplify company core values and integrity in daily interactions
• Business development and community outreach aimed at building brand presence

District Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Multi-unit General Manager or District Manager role.
• 5+ years of General Manager experience, ideally in a fast-casual restaurant setting
• Tech-savvy: must be comfortable with third-party tech platforms
• Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
• Experience with scratch kitchen concepts. The ideal candidate has also worked BOH in the past
• Strong leadership & financial skillset; ability to build, develop, and inspire those around you
• Experience with business development & community outreach for a new concept. Ideal candidate has experience building brand presence in a new market
