Our client is looking for a Water/Wastewater Engineers with a P.E. and are looking to grow with an expanding organization. With this Hybrid position, our client has multiple locations throughout the State of Minnesota that you can report out of.

Water/Wastewater Engineering Job Duties:

• Serve as the project manager, client manager, and/or senior technical resource for specific clients and our municipal client managers
• Self-direct water/wastewater engineering projects that include planning, study, design, and construction of water systems including water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution, and wastewater systems including wastewater collection, pump stations, and wastewater treatment.
• Perform business development activities promoting our water and wastewater services.
• Perform permitting services for water/wastewater projects.
• Participate in and/or manage project pursuit and proposal efforts including coordinating and collaborating with marketing staff to ensure our proposals address client needs.
• Guide funding of water and wastewater projects with the assistance of the Funding Department and based on the Client’s needs.

Water/Wastewater Engineering Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• P.E. in the State of Minnesota and/or North Dakota or the ability to get licensed within 6 months.
• 3+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Working knowledge of the principles of project management, contracting, budgeting, and how local, State, and Federal laws and regulations impact water and wastewater systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Water/Wastewater Engineering Benefits:

• Base salary of $90 - 120K. Could be more for highly qualified candidates.
