Job Summary

The Regional Property Manager will provide leadership and support for the Property Managers for two locations, taking responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the physical assets and maximizing the returns in accordance with the mission.


Regional Property Manager Benefits:

·      A Base Salary of 80-85k

Regional Property Manager Qualifications:

·       Minimum of three years’ experience at on-site and supervisory levels

·       Must have Section 8/LIHTC experience in multifamily/elderly communities: Required!

·       Affordable housing designation and ARM® Designation: Preferred

·       Strong leadership, attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills

·       Capable of completing tasks with minimum supervision

·       Experience with Yardi Software is desired

 

Regional Property Manager Responsibilities:

·       Assures adherence to specifications for all properties

·       Conducts formal site inspections of building interior and exterior, recommending repairs

·       Ensures observance of safety regulations and remain available for on-call emergencies

·       Marketing and leasing: Periodically reviewing rental applications and lease forms

·       Rent management: supervising rent collection and managing tenant certifications/recertifications

·       Financial reporting and control: Including the preparation of the annual operating budget

·       Administration: Ensuring that all supervised employees comply with policies and procedures
