Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess functional abilities and needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proficiency in Optima HCS for documentation and billing.
• A genuine love for working with seniors.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $91,000 to $101,000.
