General Manager Responsibilities

• Be the face of the brand, leverage local connections to grow the business
• Build, lead, and inspire your team
• Provide leadership and strategic planning for all departments
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
• Maintain high standards for quality of food and service

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a Restaurant General Manager role
• $6M+ fine/upscale-dining experience
• Gregarious leadership personality with the ability to inspire the team
• Wine and premium liquor knowledge
• Proven track record of driving sales
