We are looking for an Attraction Manager to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our guests. We are looking for a highly-motivated candidate to support our vision and to add to our outstanding leadership team.

Attraction Manager Responsibilities

• Being responsible for exceptional guest service in all areas of the facility.
• Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for all attractions, bowling, sports simulators and food & beverage operations.
• Reviews daily reports to identify employee trends.
• Maintains accurate staffing needs as well as hiring and training
• Cash outs
• Ensure that all facilities and amusements are kept clean and free of debris.
• Opens/closes entire facility by following open/close procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred (Theme parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos or Restaurants).
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience preferred.
