Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR that can work in an upscale/ fine dining environment with multiple outlets.


Food and Beverage Director Qualifications and Benefits:

·      Associate’s degree in hospitality or related field required. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

·      Ten (10) years of leadership experience in an upscale environment.  AAA 4-Diamond experience preferred.

·      Minimum five (5) years as a restaurant general manager or F&B Director, or eight (8) years as an assistant general manager or ten (10) years as an Executive Chef.

·      Five (5) years of supervisory experience leading a team base of 50 + Team Members

·      Generous Medical, dental and vision plan.

Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for creating a culinary and service experience that matches AAA 4-Diamon service. Constantly looking for new and different ways to elevate the Guest.

·      Develops training for all positions (culinary, service, sanitation, etc.) and ensures Team Members are given the proper guidance for success.

·      Works with purchasing, managers, and chefs to design and develop purchasing programs and procedures that help to increase efficiency.

·      Develops annual operational budgets to include forecasts and capital expenditure plans.

·      Regularly analyzes Food & Beverage operational results (revenues, COGS, labor, etc.) and makes appropriate recommendations to continuously improve operations.
