Sous Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients

Sous Chef Expectations:

• Collaborate with the head chef to create and execute seasonal menus
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
