Hybrid Business Development Engineer
Join our esteemed client, a top-tier residential, commercial, and environmental engineering firm, in picturesque Golden, CO, as a dynamic Business Development Engineer. Focused on advancing opportunities in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system commissioning, this role is pivotal in fostering client relationships, identifying prospects, and driving business expansion. Business Development Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships within Colorado's construction and architecture sectors.
- Collaborate with internal management to devise marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Document and monitor business prospects and clients using CRM software.
- Contribute to collateral and marketing campaigns.
- Spearhead the sales efforts, from cold-calling to fostering ongoing business opportunities.
Business Development Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience, ideally in construction or related trades.
- Understanding of the current construction landscape.
- Demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and adept sales pipeline management.
- Track record of surpassing sales targets and nurturing a productive client base.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
