Director of Human Resources Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related
• 10+ years of progressive HR managerial experience with solid tenure
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and regulations in multiple states
• Commercial construction experience required
• Business mindset with proactive leader
• Strong leadership, organization, and accountability
• Empathy, humility, and approachability are critical for success in this role
• Experience working with a diverse employee population
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly preferred
