The Manufacturing Engineering CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing CNC programs to enhance our manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Develop and refine methods and processes for manufacturing parts and assemblies, including creating detailed routings, operation sketches, tool sheets, and setup instructions.
- Program CNC machines using appropriate software.
- Support new product introductions.
- Develop machine strategies.
- Design, evaluate, and specify tooling, gauges, and fixtures required for the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and report on machining efficiencies using defined process metrics.
- Optimize tooling selection, usage, and costs.
- Lead engineering activities to ensure seamless implementation.
Qualifications Include:
- Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM, G-code).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling.
- Certification in CNC programming or manufacturing engineering is a plus.
