Sales and Marketing Vice President Qualifications:

• Must have Extensive knowledge and experience in home building and marketing residential communities
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Proficiency with digital marketing, including Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and content creation
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web-based applications
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field

Sales and Marketing Vice President Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement sales strategies for new development communities
• Develop and oversee marketing and advertising strategies to support a customer-centric culture
• Lead, motivate, and hold sales teams accountable to achieve sales targets
• Manage home inventory levels, including specifications, designs, and pricing
• Formulate and implement business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies within designated parameters
• Identify and develop relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners to drive sales opportunities
