A well established non-profit behavioral health agency in RI is seeking their next Program Manager for Clinical Services. Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide a team atmosphere that fosters growth, positive communication, and teamwork within the program
• Develop and manage clinical programs for adults
• Provide clinical supervision to team
• Embrace trauma informed principles, guiding relationships with staff and clients
• Develop and promote the principles, policies, and procedures of the organization

Program Manager Qualifications:

• LICSW, LMHC, or other independent license required - must be licensed in RI or have reciprocal license
• Master's Degree in human services or related field required
• 4+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
