Restaurant Kitchen Manager Duties

• Lead Culinary Team to Succeed with High Expectations
• Manage Daily Kitchen Operations - ordering/inventory, scheduling, pars/production, waste/use, etc
• Recruit, Train, and Develop New Team Members
• Supplement the Culinary Team as Business Dictates
• Assist Management in achieving store financial, guest satisfaction, and employee relations goals
