Job Summary

We are seeking a Boutique Hotel Sous Chef with a proven history of kitchen leadership. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining and upscale cooking methods. Must be creative and have a strong passion for beautiful and delicious food!


Boutique Hotel Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management
  • At least 1 year of kitchen leadership (CDC, Sous, Lead, Tournet) in a fine dining restaurant
  • Ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines
