Job Summary

We need results-oriented candidates to apply for this position and we are paying for relocation to the Big Island of Hawaii
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 6-7 years of direct culinary experience and at least 3 years in direct management
- Exposure to sales volumes of $25 million per year
- Food Service Certified
- Culinary school grads preferred and experience in full service or luxury hotels
Sous Chef Expectations:
- Leadership presence and involvement in all areas and assisting the Exec Sous Chef and Exec Chef in daily operations
- Models hospitality and ensures safety procedures, standards, and regulations are followed
- Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
- Works with Exec Steward to ensure that outlets are thoroughly cleaned
