A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Assistant Guest Services Manager. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the luxury resort segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Assistant Guest Services Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Assistant Guest Services Manager Responsibilities:

• Must oversee the efficient running of the property.
• Update and maintain payroll software.
• Train Supervisors and team leaders to department standards.
• Handle monthly reports and folios

Assistant Guest Services Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Guest Services Manager or Hotel/Property Manager at a luxury resort or residence.
• Caribbean experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands year round.
