Executive Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:

·      Must have extensive knowledge of classic culinary techniques

·      High volume experience with a minimum of $7mil

·      Great financial acumen with cost control and P+L experience

·      Directly responsible for kitchen SOP's

·      Hiring and training of all new BOH staff
