Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and energetic Fine Dining Chef De Cuisine for the grand opening of an iconic Hollywood restaurant. We provide a creative and innovative atmosphere where attention to detail is of utmost importance. Must have new restaurant opening experience, plus excellent tenure. We are opening 6 more restaurants in the next year so you can grow as we grow. We need a sharp polished CDC, Executive Sous who can handle the volume and understand the Hollywood restaurant scene. Fine Dining Chef De Cuisine Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 Years as Executive Sous, or CDC of a fine dining restaurant with a 10 million sales volume
- Solid tenure in the Hospitality Industry
- Must have experience in fine dining concepts (Italian preferred)
- New restaurant opening experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Hospitality Degree - Multi-Lingual a plus
- Experienced in team development and with a wealth of knowledge in Food and Beverage
Fine Dining Chef De Cuisine Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Experience with Italian Cuisine, New American, French
- Efficient operational coordination, logistics, and project management abilities -- experience with property maintenance
- Sharp financial, P&L, and budgetary accountability
- Innovative thinking and problem-resolution abilities, motivational and team-oriented leadership
- Embraces branding and design, up to date on emerging market trends, creativity-driven
- Discerning attention to detail, brand presentation, cleanliness
- Impeccable service skills, empathetic dedication to guests and staff at all levels
