Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients with varying diagnoses
• Daily evaluation of patient care plans and discharge planning with family and case management team
• Daily nursing tasks

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Current Utah RN or Registered Nurse Compact License
• Current CPR certification is required
• 1 year of experience within an Acute Care Hospital setting is preferred. Rehabilitation experience preferred
