Our growing accounting firm is seeking a Tax Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mid-size CPA firm in the Los Angeles area that truly cares about building long-term relationships with its clients.

Tax Director Responsibilities:

• Partner with Tax Managers and Accountants to ensure clear tax law interpretations
• Provide tax consultations, as needed for clients
• Create a culture of accountability
• Design and implement procedures, and processes and ensure compliance
• Demonstrate expertise to contribute to the development of firm-wide objectives to achieve annual goals
• Be a resource regarding legislative and regulatory tax law developments

Tax Director Requirements:

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
• 10–15 years of tax experience in public accounting
• Minimum of 5+ years of management experience
• Expert knowledge of individuals, C-Corps & S-Corps
