Job Summary

Our client, a leading residential, commercial and environmental engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated, positive and outgoing Business Development Engineer to join their team in beautiful Golden, CO. This position centers on cultivating opportunities in the commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. As a key facilitator in opening doors, identifying prospects, and closing deals, you'll be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, forecasting sales targets, and driving our business expansion forward. Business Development Engineer Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the Colorado construction and architecture industry

• Work closely with internal management to strategize on marketing plan and sales goals

• Document and track prospective and current business via CRM software

• Collaborate on collateral and marketing initiatives

• "Own" the sales efforts of our organization, from cold-calling to creating continuous and repeat business opportunities


Business Development Engineer Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of Business Development experience, preferably in construction/construction trades

• Experience and understanding of current construction landscape

• Demonstrated leadership, clear communication, and effective sales pipeline management.

• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and maintaining a high-producing pool of clients and prospects

• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
