We are looking for a Division Sales Manager for an 8 state territory covering Colorado, Utah, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Idaho and Nevada. Candidate must live in one of those states. Travel is at least 75% - must be comfortable with that.

Looking for the Hunter mentality and proven ability to conduct cold calls is very important. Experience selling to Convenience stores, a big plus, as well as beverage and consumer goods sales.

Must have run a team with a minimum of 5 direct reports. Team building skills and team results very important in this role.

Director of Sales Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in CPG, QSR food service industry or convenience retail channel
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving team revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for business growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
