Job Summary
As the General Counsel, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor and strategic partner to the executive team. You will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a dynamic individual with extensive experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the travel industry.

General Counsel Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where practicing.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and counsel to senior executives and management teams.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing the travel industry, including consumer protection, privacy, and international travel regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
