We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our upscale fine dining establishment. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences, overseeing kitchen operations, and elevating our restaurant's reputation for excellence. Executive Chef Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Executive Chef experience.
• Passionate, fun, positive, and results-oriented.
• Minimum sales volume exposure of 4M annually.
• Great leadership and development skills.
• The ability to work in a physically demanding, high-volume environment.

• Maintains expert level of knowledge and responsibility for forward progress in the areas of food, P&L, budgets, scheduling, catering services, and team member development. 
• Partners with GM, leads by example, and understands and ensures all federal, state, and county legal standards that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements are met and followed.
• Performs a lead role in new menu rollouts in local area restaurants. Rolls out recipe revisions in the local area as assigned by the Market Leader.
