We are excited to offer an experienced attorney the opportunity to join our esteemed Litigation Practice Team in our Naples, FL office!

Litigation Associate Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters, from pre-trial strategy through trial and appeal (if necessary).
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop winning litigation strategies.
• Craft compelling legal briefs, motions, and other court documents.
• Advocate for clients' interests in court hearings and trials, demonstrating exceptional courtroom presence.
• Manage client communication and expectations throughout the litigation process.
• Oversee case logistics, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Leverage existing business relationships and actively develop new client opportunities.

Litigation Associate Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Florida Bar license, in good standing.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated success in arguing motions and extensive trial experience.
• Expertise in legal research and writing, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to client service.
• Prior experience with construction defect cases is a strong plus.
• A portable book of business with growth potential is highly desirable.
