Job Summary

We are a well-known, historic restaurant in the lakes region of New Hampshire and we are seeking a vibrant, professional Executive Chef to lead our BOH team with a hands-on approach.


Chef Requirements:

  • Professional, take-charge Chef who can express their artistry by creating seasonal menus
  • Experience with a scratch kitchen
  • Corporate or independent
  • Hands-on working Chef

Chef Qualifications:

  • 2 years + Chef experience
  • Ability to work closely with ownership and manage a high-volume kitchen
  • Business acumen and experience with P & L, but with a hands-on leadership style
  • Strong leadership ability and success in leading teams

Chef Benefits:

  • Base compensation of $80-100K
  • Bonus potential

  • 5 weeks vacation
