We are looking for a Banquet manager to add to our team! Candidates must be highly organized, have high level of attention to detail, and have luxury banquet experience. We are looking for a strong leader and organizer who will direct and support the banquet team in executing at the highest level possible.

Banquet Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a banquet manager or 1 year as a banquet manager with 3 years as a banquet captain
• 1+ years experience in a Luxury Hotel environment
• A strong leader with confidence, good at organizing and directing banquet team members
• Experience with Delphi preferred
• Collaborative and positive team member who works well with culinary and sales departments

Banquet Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule the banquet team to ensure the highest level of service for all events
• Schedule to a budget with appropriate staffing levels
• Attend weekly BEO meetings and work with the Sales and Culinary departments on the execution
• Purchase beverages and products for events
• Manage banquet equipment to ensure quality, create purchase orders for new or replacement equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Banquet Manager Benefits:

• Base salary of $75 - 77k
• % of banquet service charge... approximately $25k annually
