General Manager Responsibilities:

General Manager Qualifications:

• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment -- always hands-on
• 2-4 years experience in a General Manager role in fast-casual or casual dining
• A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
• Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
