Job Summary

Our growing private equity management company is seeking a President of Real Estate Development for our Scottsdale office. This critical role requires a high-level, visionary leader to help us to locate, secure and manage development of new projects to grow our asset portfolio. President of Real Estate Development Responsibilities

  • Lead teams who identify and analyze potential and existing real estate development sites and opportunities using applied technology and data systems
  • Conduct due diligence including feasibility studies, market review, expense projections and appraisals
  • Travel to inspect and oversee current projects in development as well as prospective projects
  • Work with municipalities on permitting, rezoning and oversee the architectural design process
  • Collaborate with and provide project status update with intercompany partners and CEO as needed

President of Real Estate Development Qualifications

  • 10 Years of RE Development leadership experience at VP/Pres level (Senior Living, Multi-Use, Multi-Family)
  • Experience working with start-up companies - private equity management preferred
  • Experience with large and complex land deals and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay on top of projects and communicate well with stakeholders as needed
