A Luxury Hotel is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, menu creation, and leading a team.
Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus for Forbes Five Star Restaurant
- Oversee a singe unit
- Train and develop the culinary team, ensuring a positive work environment
- Work alongside the head chef to create top-notch experiences for guests
Chef De Cuisine Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years working in ultra fine dining
- Upscale hotel experience is a plus
